Decade Goal Update (week 7)

So I had a huge backslide the past week and a half- plus. Major sugar binge, gained back a few pounds. This week is also monthly cycle so this morning's weigh in is probably a pound or two higher than it actually should be, but still. I'm now 5 weeks behind schedule, which might be too much to catch up. Or maybe I can do it if I really kick up the exercise AND the eating carefully. I don't want to try to do too much at once and just cause myself to fail that way either. But either way I am getting back on track today. And I gotta step up my game if I'm gonna make my goal. So today, no sugar. I had a good healthy breakfast, have a good healthy lunch planned, and a light dinner. I will also get my walk in today - rain or shine!
Onward and Downward.
