Yea that's alot of numbers. But like I said i was really proud of february. The 10 day challenge actually lasted 12 days because of the wedding show we went to and also because the next day i had such a horrible migraine that i just took the day off. My goal was to shoot for a 5lb a month goal and I'm so happy that so far I'm almost 2 1/2 months ahead of schedule. I know these losses will slow down a lot.. I'm not expecting to see 3-4 lb weeks this month even though I plan on working just as hard as i did in february.. but I feel like I need to take breaks in between zumba days for strength training to kinda switch it up a bit. I'm also hoping to check out some other dvds for a bit of variety in between zumba - you know the whole "insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" thing lol. I don't wanna hit a plateau.. I'm actually scared of hitting one because i feel like it could possibly tear a large chunk out of my determination.

My goals for this month is to lose another 5 lbs. My somewhat unrealistic goal is to lose another 9 lbs by the 28th cuz then that means I'll have lost 32 lbs by my 32nd birthday lol. I need to get my head right and feel good about having a 1 lb loss week or a half lb loss week cuz i'm sure there's going to be quite a few of those. Not to mention a week where I might gain due to a bad week of eating or my body being silly or w/e it is that causes the gain and feeling so disappointed. It's something I want to put focus into this month and try to figure out how i can beat those kinds of feelings so they won't completely destroy my progress like last time.

That's all the rambling I'm gonna do for today. I hope everyone has a great week and makes good choices!
