keeping on track

What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
The weekday programs are much easier with which to stay on track - they've all cost money and money is too precious to waste! I also will remind myself - and continue to remind myself - of the goal that is set in time.. 6 months minus one week now to get really ready for my big adventure.. and I want to be as strong, flexible, energetic, positive and ready for anything as I can... or fall into a very cold drink or be eaten by a bear!
weekends are tougher.. yesterday I just had to make myself get up and get busy.. I stalled as long as possible but did make some effort at the house part.. and walked longer with Wally than might have otherwise.. still no exercise other than stairs.. next weekend I will just have to get on my case earlier in the day and make myself get busy...
and work on my attitude that all of this can be as relaxing and energizing as sitting and collapsing...
Thank you Tudi for that tidbit of news you left for me yesterday - that is a good motivator to be sure!!!
