What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
Spark recommends that users create motivational and visuals to aid in reaching goals. In order to encourage myself to stay on track with my walking routine, I have created visuals of a former me. I have pulled out pictures of myself, going as far back as high school. Along with this, I am looking at summer clothing! I LOVE CLOTHES SHOPPING!! The thought of being able to purchase a size or 2 smaller is encouraging and I focus on that.
Last, but not least (and I mentioned this before), I am using the Leslie Sansone DVDs to get walking routine started. Leslie is motivation!!
