Question 3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
I am hanging out with friends who also do ST-usually with me. It is more fun to work out with a friend, and makes me more likely to go work out instead of making excuses myself-like being too tired, etc. I am less likely to let down a friend than to forget a promise to myself! Back tomorrow, same time, same place. See you then!
