I think the best way I can encourage myself is through little daily reminders of the effects of my choices and the fact that the cloverleafs are counting on me to pull my own weight. I like to check out the motivational pages a couple times a week too! My cat is now trying to sit on the keyboard, so I guess I better say good bye! emoticon
