A better week

Though I have not pushed 100% again this week. I did better than the last few. I logged my food better and did well on what I eat. I am just noticing that I have to almost force myself to eat a little more because I am not reaching my calorie goals. I have been doing some exercise, but again not diligently. But, I have been more active, which is better than non-active.
Tomorrow is Monday, time to regroup and try again for a productive week. I am making changes one day at a time. I want to make changes I can continue to live with forever. Praying that I do better.
