This is not only my poster for this challenge, it is my motivational poster for my weight loss journey. I have several quotes on there to keep me motivated. I want to increase my walking, continue my strength training and continue to learn new ways to eat better. I've also put a tracker in the middle of my poster to track my weight loss. My ultimate goal is to be able to one day say "I Did It"!!!!! Let's do this Sparklers!!!!!! emoticon
