    The Salsa chicken recipe is fantastic. I ate it with brown rice and veggies on day one, then I used a half serving the next day to make healthy nachos, the third day, a sandwich. It's super easy and delicious.

    Great goals to be healthier! I need to start looking at recipes too. I am kind of in a rut.

    Well, you like sweets and maybe you can make a green salad that also has fruit. Also, SparkPeople has a recipe section with lots of ideas. I would start with simple salads. Good luck! Chelsea emoticon emoticon emoticon
