i spent a week in tahoe skiing and snowshoeing, but i think that i convinced my self that i could eat a little more because i was exercising. I just plain ate too much
and cancelled out the exercise. What a waste. emoticon

    You really did NOT cancel out the benefit of the exercise.

    You may have eaten enough to make up for the calories you burned, but your muscles still had the workout, making them stronger, and fitter.

    Now, just get back on your Healthier eating plan.
