Eating Healthy, Day 2

How will I do this?

First, I will stop eating at the school Canteen so much. I eat there two or three times a day M-F. They have a couple of healthy sandwiches, but most of their stuff is high fat and high calorie. So when I have to eat there, I will choose the healthier fare. Second, I will start eating breakfast at home BEFORE I go to school. That will cut out the temptation for one meal. Third, I will try to pack a healthy lunch most days. I think those are good places to start. I don't want to get overwhelmed and fail before I start.

    Those are two really great ideas. Preparing breakfast at home will save money and you know exactly what you are getting. My cafeteria at work is getting better about offering healthy options. It's not perfect though, so I often pack a luncheon of fruits, veggies, and some healthy high cal item, like almonds, just in case I need a pick me up.

    Hi..just wondering how you did yesterday with the 1200 cal. challenge? I did good..I stayed within my limits and felt satisfied.
    I was wondering if you would like to continue..us being accountable to each other for the 1200 cal. daily challenge? it works for me..!

    sounds like a good plan! if you have to leave early consider packing lunch and preparing breakfast and tracking the evening before
