Week 1: March 4 through March 10

Tomorrow starts week 1 of my 14 week challenge. The first week is pretty simple. Drink enough water (which I love water) and track what I eat. I figure I cannot target what habits to break if I don't know that I have them.

I was also talking with my cousin last night and she is training for a career in criminal justice, her and her sister (obviously my other cousin) so they have been running. Well we decided to run a 5k together in June. My brother will probably also run with us (he is a pro athlete and will probably shame my run but it will be fun emoticon ). This gives me HUGE motivation and accountability! I actually have something to work for. I am going to take the same 14 week challenge and apply it to the couch to 5K giving me 5 extra weeks because I will need to adjust to running outside once the weather gets nice and I will probably spend 2 weeks per week from weeks 3-4. I will run MWF and do yoga/pilates TTHS and stretch or rest on Sunday. The yoga will probably be somewhat light at first but that doesn't matter. it will keep me limber from running. So that's the plan this week! Challenge begins tomorrow

So what is up for this week:
-Tracking Food and Drinking enough water (about 100 oz)
-Week 1 of C25K running MWF
-Yoga/Pilates T TH S
