Update on Split Program

This is more for my own records so I don't forget how hard and am working towards a split and let is go when (Yes, not if but WHEN) it get it. The following is a record of my program right now: (UPDATE 3/3/13) I am just ending week 3 of my split program and I am really excited with the progress. I am a little more than a foot off the ground. The program says week four is the hardest because you stop seeing rapid progress and there is not much to distract your mind or encourage you. I worry that I wont have the grit to cont but am taking steps to motivate myself. I am putting up pictures, talking about how great it will be when accomplished, researching other stretches for the split online, and even planning my next goal. I am not the type to stop when the going gets tough so I think I will be ok. I am planning for success. Toughest week the the program: Here I come!!!!! I am also walking each morning anywhere from an hr to 90mins plus Tae Kwon Do class or tutoring 3 days a week.
