Are You Starting Monday?

I remember sitting everyday, every weekend, telling myself, "I'll start Monday." Or, " I will start after this FREE day." So many excuses. After the holidays. After the birthdays. After this or that. Well, the results of all that waiting is a fat stomach, less energy, and just plain old laziness.

So, I decided that every day would be my Monday. I am happy to say that I have been sticking to my outlined goals. I have what I like in moderation. I have trashed the list of 'bad' foods. I have invited moderation, meal spacing, and portion control into my life. Every single day has become MY new Monday.

If you are one to make excuses like myself, now is time to stop making them and start working towards your goals. Start today. Why not? What do you have to lose?
