How will I achieve my goals?

Long runs over 10k: I will follow a training plan for a marathon. As this is a 24 week program, and I'm doing it over 52 weeks, I'll do each week twice. This will give me several weeks towards the end to repeat weeks, hence having weeks at 10+ kilometer runs.

Strength training: I know this wasn't in my goal for yesterday, but a fellow team-mate reminded me I wanted to add this. As I am taking much longer on the training plan and will have less urgency to complete it, instead of catching up on runs, I will be able to spend my cross training days doing just that. Furthermore, as I've requested a lighter work load next year (assuming I have a job for next year) I'll feel less pressure from work. With Summer vacation fast approaching, I'll again have the opportunity to set new workout habits that will incorporate more ST.

As for cleaning, Daniel has been making a huge effort to get the house clean. I want to make a step by step schedule making a daily tidy up a habit in all rooms. I've made huge progress in a lot of rooms just need to solidify it as habits. I've started washing dishes about 4 times a week (it's not as gross as it sounds) and put away multiple-wear clothes almost before bed as well as single-wear straight in the hamper.

My son does our dishes as a condition of his living with us. (He is 31) But I am trying to keep up with our bathroom and finish the unpacking from our move. Going from 4 bedrooms to two means a lot will have to go, so it is hard. Good luck with your goals, too.
