Sunday, March 03, 2013 as I blogged yesterday I want my new habit to be exercising in the morning. Today my assignment is to talk about how I am going to make my new habit a habit! emoticon

Starting tomorrow I am going to set my alarm clock for 30 minutes earlier. I have already learned to put my alarm clock away from my bed from another spark friend so I have to actually get out of bed to turn it on. I will have my workout clothes ready when I go to bed tonight. I will use that 30 minutes to do Wii Fit Plus for yoga and balance exercises. When I have tried this in the past it really started out my day right and helped me feel good and energized to face the day. Unfortunately I didn't make it a habit and it therefore didn't last long.

So...that's my plan...Monday thru Friday...set alarm 30 minutes early for yoga with the Wii. emoticon
