still don't feel like blogging
but here it comes
so, as I said yesterday I have to stop eating unwanted things or too much when I'm tired. I know that everyone said the biggest problem is at home but it's not so true in my case. we receive almost daily stuff like chocolate , cakes , pies (all yummy home made), there's always someone's birthday and at least one of my 3 skinny co workers is eating those under my nose. most of the time I resist , but when work is really hard and /or stressful , I epically fail (or fall?
). anyway , now it's better than when I had the 24 hours shifts when everybody was ordering fast food. so what strategy should I have? I'll give away almost all the chocolate I receive, keeping just a little for my mom and asking her to hide it
I'll ask the girls "please eat somewhere else and please take this stuff from here". I'll continue to bring and eat my already tracked snacks . and I'll call all the cakes 30 minutes biking and the chocolate 60 minutes
I'll try to take a break if I can. I already drink gallons of water so I couldn't possibly drink more.
as for home , that's easier. I only have healthy food, I'm too lazy to go buy something else , no matter how hard I crave something. I can always sleep , relax , meditate , play, watch something fun , read a book , talk to a loved one and other things. and when I really crave something , I can eat and do extra workout to burn it.
sounds very good in theory , huh? let's see how I'll do it
