In order to be successful at losing weight consistently I really NEED to track my food and in order to do this correctly I really, really NEED to measure accurately. Although this is not a new habit it is one I do need to work on. As of this afternoon the measuring cups are back on the counter and ALL food will be tracked.
I have a digital scale and measuring cups and spoons on my counter too. We are more inclined to us them when they are right there in front of us. Kudos to you for taking the bull by the horns and establishing new, healthy habits! 1906 days ago
I need to do this also. I've gotten back on the food tracking wagon. Much harder to do when you haven't done it for awhile, but so far, I'm doing much better. Yahoo and cheers for us!!!! 1906 days ago
