Day2 blog: How will you develop this new habit? (Daily vitamins)

I have a nifty little day of the week compartment pill box like folks who regularly take lots of med use to help them remember to take them every day. I've had this nifty box for years and have used it with success before. It sits on top of the microwave gathering dust and is quite dingy and unappealing looking. So, I think I need a new box! Will shop for one today.
Then, I just need to fill it up every week and check it every day and take the darn pills. That's not much, eh?
I recently had a physical and will get all of my lab results later this week. From that, I'll ask the doctor what vitamins I really need to make sure I'm not missing anything or more importantly, taking anything I don't need.
That's the plan!
