Every new year we start out by trying to inprove our lives a little better than the previous year. Some new goals are successful and some our not so much. One new goal I have tryed starting last year and this year was doing one plank a day. Does not sound so hard - right!! But it is truly a hard goal for me to stick to -so here it goes again. My first goal for this winter challenge will be to do one plank a day.
