week 2: ~~~New Habit~~~part 1

1) What new habit do I wish to develop?

I need to eat more -get more calories in order to lose more. I don't want to come to a halt with my weight loss. I need to increase my healthy food intake. I'm working out and doing an intense workout program,but not eating enough can make a very slow or low results. I'm on the right track, I just don't want my numbers going up..i love to be a loser.

2) How will I do that?

It's going to take planning, calculating, timing and recording.
