Increase fruits and veggies to more than 6 servings a day.
Completed 75% of the time for the month of February. Up from 50% last month.
Walk 2000 miles for the year.
Completed 275 miles for the year at the end of February.
Follow up with doctor in April.
Appointment scheduled for April 15th.
Continue being smoke free.
Completed 16 weeks of being smoke free at the end of February.
Clean crap room and turn into Craft room.
Got some containers at Costco and started sorting through several boxes of important papers that needed to be organized.
