Walking seems to be the only exercise I can do right now. Next week I'm going to try Yoga. I'm pretty concerned because I used to do Tai Chi but I don't have the strength to do it anymore. My legs go week and shake when I hold the positions. Hopefully the Yoga will help with this. I'm up to walking 30 minutes so can get a little over a mile in.
Trying to keep from procrastination and do something! So this is the bad habit I'm trying to overcome: Finding ways to get out of exercise!
