We went out to inner last night at a wonderful place that cooked everything to order to my special dietary needs. They had a bread made with no gluten and no grain. I LOVED it. I had three small pieces with butter. It was such a treat. It was made I think with garbanzo beans.

I knew It wasn't paleo, but I figured it would be ok because I need to stay away from gluten, not so much bean.

I paid for it today. It ripped me up.

BUT it was good. I have been wondering if I needed to be so strict on this eating way of life, and I realized after today that YES I really do. I am so glad it happened because it answered one of my big questions.

I'm taking this life as a learning opportunity.

After the problem passed, I actually felt ok. I know now what I need to do.

Here's to a better eating plan for my body!
