Living the Good Life – Blogging and Feedback - theme new habit.

1) What new habit you wish to develop?
Good question. I used to have a lot of good habits. I used to drink 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. I worked out 6 days a week. I prepped my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the week each Sunday. I eat about 10 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. And for the past six months, I have done none of that. Last week with the water challenge I worked on getting my water back up. Which habit should I work on restarting now?

Well since I have a 5K to run in 6 weeks, I should really start getting my fitness back on track. Get moving, that is my habit for the week.
