Healthy Habit: Dancing

For the 5% challenge this week, we have to blog every day about a new healthy habit we want to start. I mostly just want to get more consistent with the habits I've already started, but one that needs a LOT of work is dancing. I want to get in the habit of dancing for 15 minutes every day. Mostly, this will be with my fire fans so I can get awesome with them, but if it's just dancing while I do another chore I'll count that too. Anything to get in touch with music. This challenge will be especially hard/useful next week when I go out of town for business for three days. I'll take head phones and dance in my hotel room!
