Eating Healthy, Day 1

I, like my friend Anatashiki, need to watch what I eat. I currently scarf down anything I want, even if I know it will bother me later, such as dairy products. I can't seem to watch portions, either. I eat until I am satisfied. I will work on eating healthier this week.

    I seem to have the same problem..over eating and not being responsible with my choices. I would like to challenge you and me..to eating within a healthy 1200 calories today..Just today..we can do this..I do find if I am consistent with using the spark people food tracker, I do better. Good choices are really easy..I am lazy at times, though. Let me know how you did...Sharlene
