New Habit

For the 5% challenge this week we are to blog on a new habit that we want to start. I would like to incorporate running into my exercise routine. I have never been a runner--but I've always wanted to. I actually did my first 5k this morning--with no prep at all other than my regular exercise--and had a great time. Finished in 36 minutes.
