Advice? Tips and Tricks??

Here is my delimma......I have been on track with my calories, spending more and more minutes seeking fitness and activity in my life and I feel like I am getting thinner (I can button my pants a lot easier etc). BUT, the scale doesn't move. It is hard to stay motivated to stay on track when the easiest validation of my effort doesn't seem to be happening!!!
Does anyone have advice or wisdom on this point in my journey? I would be thrilled to hear any good tips and tricks that will keep me moving forward and once again get the scale moving down.
