Whats New With Me.....

Saturday, March 02, 2013

Well to say the least I have gained some weight. My last weigh in was 225 lbs. I'd like to say that I have a good excuse for gaining another 25lbs, but I dont. I'm currently at a Mental Health Facility and am going to be there until the completion of my Program (8 weeks), of Post Traumatic Stress Recovery. Basically its a hospital for mental health issues, and mine is PTSD. I know once I fix my mental health my physical health will fall into place. But it seems like its taking forever. I hate being fat, and I have no self esteem. I just wish I had never gone to Afghanistan and I was the me I used to be. Dont know what else to write, just thought I'd give you guys a glimpse into whats new with me.

I also wish you didn't have to go to Afghanistan... and I wish that you weren't dealing with PTSD right now. I am glad that you are getting help though... there are so many that don't get the help they need and deserve these days. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. emoticon

For the record, I think you are very brave for sharing in such a candid manner. And thank you for your service to our country.

I wish you hadn't had to go too. But let them help you, sweetie. Sometimes you have to work on one thing at a time. Take care of your soul first; there will be time for the rest later. Take care!
