It's hard falling into a hole you just worked your way out of. I have been doing a little better with food, keeping up with my Tai Chi class despite being sick, and my knees stopped hurting. Then I got excited and decided to try walking/jogging everyday. Now they're injured again (though not as badly) and I have to take it easy. Exercise has been my only relief lately (and it has not been a great time). This time when I get better, I'll make sure I'm farther away from the edge before celebrating.
