Slacking off :(

Friday, March 01, 2013

It has been awhile since I left a blog. I have been a bad girl lately. I just can't get motivated to exercise. I know I should do it but have no desire. I did go to the gym the other day for about 45 minutes and yes I did feel good later that day but to do my video well I guess I just don't feel like doing it. I tried the Sparkpeople one but man that is tough. I can not do a lunge to save my life lol Coach Nicole is crazy for them lol Oh well, I guess I am done whining so hopefully tomorrow is a better day. emoticon

If you don't like the videos, you might want to try something new. I know it was only when I found the exercises I loved that I really started to exercise more. There are a thousand ways to exercise, just try something new each time until you find that perfect match. When you find the right exercises, you'll find the motivation comes a lot easier.

Thanks, I try to do a little something but to actually do a a workout well it's just not there. I think when the weather figures out what it is going to do I might feel like moving around more. I have lost 60 lbs and really do want to lose more. It isn't too hard to stay in my calorie range. Some days I do go over but that isn't too often. So I have the will power to say no lol but not the will power to say move your butt lol
    Thanks again!!

You can always modify any exercise or just march in place where there is something you may not be able to do. Hang in there. As long as you just keep moving is what matters. :) Hugs!
