I took three days off. My body needed a rest - I don't think I am getting enough sleep. I was back tonight I dropped two lbs from last week. Back down to 218. Here was today's menu:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, grits and wheat toast w/OJ.
Lunch: Apple (I know that's not good but I had an unscheduled business meeting.)
Dinner - Spaghetti
3 16.9 bottles of water (I may drink one more before I go to bed.)

I completed and tracked 1 cardio exercise and 4 strength exercises at https://sparkpeo.hs.llnwd.net/e1/ - 15 minutes Elliptical Machine, 250 calories burned; Abdominal Crunch Machine, Traditional Lat Pulldown Machine, Back Extension, Dumbbell Wrist Curls
