The Weekend is Coming

I can not believe Friday is already here. It feels like this week flew by. I guess that is because I have felt so bad and haven't really done anything.
I was reading posts earlier for the teams. I noticed a lot had weigh in today. Do most people weigh in on Friday? I'm debating this. Right now I weigh in on Monday's and Friday's. I was thinking about going to once a week. I was thinking of doing it once a month but I believe I need more motivation than that. I am just curious what everyone else does.
What activities does everyone have planned for the weekend? Nothing here. I just have to clean up because nothing has gotten done this week. Oh, that brings me to another question...I dusted the tables today. I couldn't find anything under Cardio Tracking but "heavy cleaning and house cleaning." There wasn't anything heavy about dusting the tables so how do I put it in?
I am just full of questions today, lol. Any help will greatly appreciated. Thank you! emoticon
