New Goals

Well today is the March 1 ... and I have set some new goals for myself for this month

1) start to blog more. I don't do this to much but I think if I do it will help me keep up w/ my goals

2) Hold myself accountable for everything I eat did I mention everything

3) eat breakfast everyday

4) do not eat after 7:00 pm

5) spring clean house ...it is that time of year emoticon

6) walk on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes everyday

7) lose 10 lbs this month

    Great goals! Thanks for the reminder that it's time to open the windows and get scrubbin'....

    Blogging has definitely helped to keep me on track! Knowing that I am going to tell everybody about my successes and messes everyday makes me want to make smarter decisions. I hope it has the same benefit for you!
