A new month!

I didn't lose any weight this week and so my total pounds lost this year remains at 10. 6 in January and 4 in February. My losing goal will remain 6 pounds a month. I'm not worried about not reaching it this time because it was a short month and I've been doing strength training more so I am building muscle. I measured today too and I lost over an inch on my waist this month. Whooooa! So happy about that! I also know today's weigh in wasn't exactly accurate because I wasn't able to use the bathroom before weighing in, and I also have some bloat going on. Like I cannot remove my ring from my finger kinda bloat. Yuck! Yesterday was a higher sodium day for me so today I am gunna guzzle lemon water. I will weigh in again on Sunday just to see if the scale changes like I think it will. Not gunna stress about it though, just curious if it does.
Oh, I got my running shoes in the mail and gave them a try but they hurt my foot like mad. I was dissapointed but I am going to take them back to the store this weekend and hopefully find another pair. Maybe I will get cross trainers instead of running shoes, I dunno. I've never enjoyed shoe shopping. I have wide feet so it is difficult to find a good pair. I'm just glad they offer more wide width options nowadays! When I was a child my mom had to take me to Stride-Rite to have them specially measure my feet and order shoes. Haha. Ah well.
Anywaysssssss.... March is going to be an awesome month! Springtime, longer daylight hours, warmer days (hopefully!), and Easter! I can't wait to lose 6 pounds this month. In fact, I'm gunna go get started now. Workout time!
