day 4 goal done!

Hi all!!! I am happy to report that day 4 was another success for me. I drank my 8 cups of water and two 8 oz bottles of green tea 50 calories a bottle. this morning I ran another 4.10 miles and did 50 push ups. Day 5 goal is in the making and I will be successful because i said so!! ttyt and keep on sparking sparkers!!!!

    Out of curiosity, do you get sore? I mean like muscle soreness from the pushups- or is it just such a normal thing to your muscles that they don't get sore anymore?
    I am totally sore today from helping my daughter and her hubby move their household the past two days. I know I will recover but even when I was strength training 3 days a week for an hour, I would get sore. Like REALLY sore. Always. Does it get better?
