I was SO proud of my self-control yesterday! While baking for a friend, I managed to not eat a single Toffee Chocolate Chip cookie ... PLUS 7 cookies didn't fit in the cookie jar, but instead of eating the "leftovers" I put them in a ziplock bag and popped them in the freezer before temptation got the best of me... ready for someone to visit :) Yay me!!

We went out to dinner for this same friend's birthday and I checked their menu ahead of time and didn't eat any bread, or appetizers, and managed to stick to my pre-planned choice! Hooray me :)

It's been almost 5 days of eating healthy and I'm excited cause Sunday is weigh-in day and the first week always has the biggest number on the scale. It's usually a good motivator to keep me going in week 2.
