Spring is coming!!! Spring and Fall my 2 most favorite seasons.. :-)

Feb was a hard month. I had a stomach virus! Those are the worst!!! But again got through it. I made my step goal for the month and lost another 2 pounds!!! WOOHOO!!!! (no dieting, just getting my steps in) emoticon emoticon

My new goal for March is 5000 step average, I am getting there slowly but surely. I have a dr appt at the end of this month, anxious to see if my numbers have dropped more... emoticon

Here is to another great month, hope you all have a wonderful St Patricks Day... and a blessed Easter...
