This week has been great! I didn't expect it to go this easy. I have been enjoying my meals and haven't cheated. The only modifications I have made to the fast (which I planned on from the start) were coffee and honey. I add a little honey drizzled on my oatmeal. I am a cream and sugar coffee drinker, so switching to black is a big change. I only have a cup a day so I'm not sweating it. I have had the same case of LaCroix coconut water in the pantry forever. I never drink them because they're pretty dry tasting. Last night I had one and it actually tasted sweet to me! At this rate 21 days should definitely be enough to reset my system and my cravings. Looking forward to the changes!
