I am back: After a year long disapperaring act

So I am back. I disappeared for a long time from SparkPeople. However, I am super glad that I receive those emails as they are so motivating. Not only have they motivated me to do a streak, they have given me a push when I needed it. And good thing is, as much as I disappeared from SparkPeople, I did not let myself go. I can safely say I have a couple of new habits:
1. Exercising 5 times a week (only on very rare weeks have I gone below 5 times)
2. I compliment my body daily (Oh damn you are hot lady)
3. I do weight training 4 times a week
4. I eat above 5 fruits and vegetables a day
5. My protein intake is high
6. I use minimum oil when cooking
7. I measure and track my food
8. I have a lower BF%
9. I do not go grocery shopping on Junk

I still have a way to go, but i believe I am further than where I was. And now, I am back. I want to set small goals, achieve them and then set more small goals. I am back.
