emoticon Started to get the water in - I tolerated it best with fruit floating. A picture of my water jug is linked.

Third day - 6 glasses, yesterday 4, day before 3. My body is still adjusting to the consumption. The adjustment made for a very uncomfortable hour commute home. Hopefully by March's end it will be a habit that sticks! Got the gumption from Mandisa water challenge on facebook. I 'water boarded' a little late; but better late than never. ;-)

    Great Job, water is very important, I have a long commute home as well, I leave work @ 3:30pm and found if I stop drinking by 2pm, I can make it home by 5:30pm without having to do the pee dance... lol ..... Good luck

    thanks I like teas too, but I like them at least a little sweetened. I do get water from other sources - I just had rarely gotten them from just water. yesterday 7 glasses! emoticon

    I find flavored green teas help me get my 8 in (I don't sweeten them)
