Journey of lifestyle changes

Today's SC suggested looking at the journey I have taken so far. In the past I have struggled completing and staying motivated. Tis year I have taken the stance of going slowly with small baby steps. I see a large change in my excitement and motivation, even when I have gotten tired or stressed with work.
I feel that this journey is very different from the past ones. This one is not about losing weight, but going slowly with motivation, support, and a better understanding. All the rest were on let's lose weight.... Never what will I do next.
I am excited about what I am accomplishing, even though it is not always on the scale! I am trying to spread the spark to friends and colleagues, and share a passion for change. It seems to be the only thing I can control.
