It was my plan not to go to the gym today, but I ended up going and meeting my friend Stacey. She was doing a weights class. IT is too difficult for me. I walked 21 minutes. For dinner I had a whey protein shake with a banana and fruit. Close to 340 calories, but I think it will fill me up and I only went a little over my food goals today. One day at a time!
