I was pretty glad with this month when I looked back over the details of it. I managed to lose 7.6 pounds. I increased my workout time, and my strength training. I also went down to 1,200 calories and I'm managing to stay in range quite nicely.

They finally plowed the road this morning! Mom came over and we went and wandered aimlessly around the dollar store and grocery store in town. It wasn't that entertaining but, it was just nice to get out of my house. Well, I needed some stuff too and naturally I picked up some stuff I didn't need either. I could have done more "window" shopping just to be out and about but, there is really nothing very interesting at Dollar General.

I got in 45 minutes of cardio this morning. I've already picked out my two Spark strength training videos for after dinner. House is clean, blah, blah, blah. Nothing to do. I'm going to try a new online game if/or/when it eeevvvvveeerrrr gets downloaded. I botched my bread dough for homemade hamburger buns to go with the lentil sloppy joes I'm making for dinner. So, that cured me of my "I cook when I'm bored" habit at least for today.

Anyhow, I guess I'll....well...I have no clue but, I got to do something!

Sounds like you're doing a lot...and accomplishing a lot. You lost almost 8 lbs.!!! And you've steadily increased your workout time AND cut calories. That is really, really good! Soon the weather will change and we'll all be spending more time outside and enjoying the weather for a change!

That is great that you lost 7.6 pounds I only lost 4 pounds this month. I have however increased my workouts. I have been logging onto Spark People at least 5 days per week which I think has helped me outsome. Keep up the good work. emoticon
