it's getting better all the time

Thursday, February 28, 2013

I am so tired. I am so stressed. I know that it is having an effect on my body, and I don't like it. I'm not quite sure how to deal with it, but I keep trucking through my workouts every night, and counting calories, and doing all of the right things, it's just the extra chores and weight of the car troubles bearing down on me, I need a way to relax, I just no longer get any free time with my husband gone before I get home, and not getting home until I'm in bed, and then I leave for work before he gets up. This work schedule is hard on me.

Do you and your husband ever have a day off together? If you do and you both have a set schedule, then maybe you can plan a date night once a week or once every other week? Doesn't sound like much, but it would give you both something to look forward to. Also, when my DH and I have had opposite schedules in the past we'd leave little love notes for each other all over the house. Was fun to find them and to reciprocate :)

BIG hugs, this too shall pass!

I am just in a funk. I already wake up at 4 am, so getting up earlier is not an option. I don't know if this schedule is going to be permanent for my husband, yet, he is seeking other employment, so we'll see, I'm just having a tough time adjusting. Thank you for the concern!

I'm sorry that you're having such problems....what is there that you can do to resolve this situation? Is the job schedule a permanent thing? What do you do to normally relax...maybe you're overdoing on the workout each night? I find it helpful to do whatever I can early in the morning instead of after an entire day of busy, busy, busy.

    Think SPRING!!!!
