Day 13: Improvements!

So this is Day 13 of Turbo Fire. My recovering heart rate, and even my resting heart rate, have significantly improved!! I am able to push harder on my workouts. They are still not easY, but they are easIER. Definitely still have lots of work to do! I'm starting to be able to see just a peek of my obliques! I don't think I've ever seen them as much as I see them right now. I am still up 6 lbs, but at least I'm not gaining any more weight. I made a few tweaks to my diet, cleaned it up a bit, and lost .6% BF so far this week. Measurements are on Saturday, so we'll see if I lose any more. I bought calipers for a more accurate count, and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I am aiming for at least 2200 calories a day, and sometime that's even too little still. I bought some Shakeology, and excited for it to be delivered as well! The 2 days I drank it, I noticed significant improvement in my digestion, and was much less bloated. Hoping for good things with this! I look at it like I would buying medicine... except for the fact I don't like taking medicine unless absolutely necessary... and no medicine has ever helped this.

Seeing all this progress in just 13 days (really it's been a week longer if you include the prep schedule), makes me very excited to see my 90 day results!! My boyfriend is amazed at the progress I have made so far. It's determination, people!!!
