My dinner for the last 2 days has been roasted italian veggies with baked chicken topped with a little manchego cheese
Toss broccoli, zucchini, squash, onion, carrots and mushrooms with italian herbs, a little olive oil, lemon juice and a splash of white wine
Baked chicken - brush chicken with the same as the veggies
Bake both dishes in a 375F oven for 30 minutes.
I love the recipes on The Plan and I am still losing weight! I had thought that for sure I would stall by now as I am at a good weight for me but slowly slowly it is creeping down and secretly I am hoping to get back to my wedding weight of 132 (60kg) in the spring - I know a bit of a stretch ... So far I have lost 13-1/2 pounds since the beginning of the year - would another 6 be too much to ask?
