Double minutes

Thursday, February 28, 2013

I have finally settled into this early morning routine, and last night, I committed to NO SNOOZE BUTTON. What does that mean, another 15 minutes to bust through a mile with my DVD's. So, instead of just doing one section, I did 2. Double the calorie burn and more minutes. I am hoping that will help get the scale moving!!!!

Have a great day!!

Changes like this will get you to your goal and keep you there!! And I'm betting if you stick to the 'no snooze' you'll find it VERY energizing - that snooze sleep isn't quality sleep anyway. The exercise will pay big dividends in terms of energy!! emoticon

Good going! Exercising in the morning is great! I used to love exercising in the morning. I wish I could do it now, but I have to be at work by 0700 hours, which means I have to leave my house at 0615, and I just can't get out of bed any earlier than 0530, because I need at least 7 hours of sleep, and I don't get home from work until 7:00 pm., so that doesn't leave much time to get everything done and get to bed by 10:00 pm., so I can fall asleep by 10:30. I try to exercise at lunch time during the week--either walking or this calisthenics class I take on Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunch, and then I try to do it on weekends, but it's hard. Good luck on your morning exercise bouts! Keep up the good work!
