Midway Through BLC-21

Here we are half-way through BLC-21 and the scale is not moving. Yesterday I started to feel sorry for myself and immediately decided to knock it off! That is a total waste of time!
So instead I will revamp my program. I will do what some of my teammates so wisely do and change not only the kind and amount of food I am eating but also the types of exercising. For the time being, in addition to walking (which I love) I am going to increase the amount of time spent strength training; not by a lot, mind you, but a little tweak every day may jumpstart a loss on the scale.
Time will tell, right? Wish me luck!
